the Mediterranean
This small vacation villa, near the beautiful
sandy beaches of Costa Rei not far from the fascinating coastal landscape of

on the large, 8-hectare property, just 900 m from the undeveloped white sandy
beach. One of the houses is Cassetta delle Rose. The second is Casetta delle
Mandorle, a mansion with a gardener’s cottage, Cassetta delle Mandorle, built
onto the main house. Cassetta delle Mandorle is a tiny, practical house in a
completely peaceful setting, surrounded by nature and an enchanting garden with
wild geraniums and beautiful, old growth. It’s no wonder: the house belongs to a
garden architect.

with a living/dining area, sleeping area, a kitchen and a new, beautifully
decorated bathroom. There is also a second bedroom with a separate entrance for
the children or for friends. The modern furniture in fresh, bright colors is
very tasteful and well thought-out. The beautiful, covered patio with patio
chairs and comfortable chaise lounge chairs, which are tailor-made for relaxing,
is like an outdoor living room. The patio offers a view of the ocean, Monte
Ferro (Capo Ferrato), meadows, fields, and beautiful, old growth trees.
It is only a few minutes drive to fantastic restaurants and shopping
facilities in Costa Rei.
