On the Sea, under Pines
Villa Pino lies near the beach surrounded by a captivating Mediterranean landscape. Located in S. Margh. di Pula in Southern Sardinia, this residene is no more than 200 yards from Cala Marina, a gorgeous beach of white sand . Villa Pino rests on large, private groudnds covered with shady pines. The clever architectural design and rich vegetations makes it possible to forget that Villa Pino is half of a double residence. The garden, with flowering bougainvillea and proliferous, wild climbing plants, has been recently planted with typical Sardinian macchia shrubs, grouped around a sunny, south-facing stretch of lawn.

has a very beautiful furnished
bedroom, a bathroom, a small kitchenette, and a living room with a pullout
couch. The apparment has a totaly seperate entrance and garden. On the open
terrace you can enjoy southern nights under the stars. This single-storey
property has a car-parking space on the grounds. The grounds are fenced in, and
accessible through an electrically operated gate.
A house on the beach
To the
right-hand side of the gently sloping, long stretch of sandy beach right in
front of the house, there are interesting cliffs with small natural caves, while
to the left it is tempting to take long strolls along the beach. It is also
suitable for young children. During the summer months, there is a kiosk offering
the things that make a day on the beach pleasurable: ice-cream for the children,
a cool beer, a snack between meals and sunbed rental.
