The location of
Villa Orri is sensational.
Only 10 km away from Tortoli lies Villa Orri in a gigantic,
private and all natural property directly at the sea. Being one of the most
beautiful region in Sardinia Arbatax and Tortoli with long white sandy beaches
are not touristical at all.
Villa Orri is a
spcious two storey house. The ground floor consists of two seperated apartments
that can be booked together or seperately. The upper floor is used privately but
seldomly occupied. Both of the two garden apartments has three bedrooms with a
total of five beds, two bathrooms, a tastefully furnished living room with a
dining and a comfortable lounge area. The kitchen is new and equipped with
up-to-date technology. Dishwasher and washing machine go without saying. All
rooms are floored with ceramic tiles. Two huge palm trees spread their shadow
over the garden that also contains a practical outdoor shower. Behind the house
you will find parking spots for your car.
Villa Orri is
used by its owners only for a couple of weeks in August. 2005 it will the first
time that the apartments will be entrusted to guests.
Restaurants and
grocery shopping possibilities are reachable by car. Villa Orri is connected to
Tortoli where you will find a vast range of fresh fruits and vegetables. Only a
few minutes by car away you will reach the most beautiful sandy beaches and in
10 minutes Tortoli. The small airport where only two planes a day are departing
is 5 minutes away. It does not disturb the idyll of Villa Orri. To Cagliari,
Sardinias capital, you need around 2 hours.
