Every person understands reality from their own point of view. Nobody can claim to represent 'the truth' because we have no way of knowing how to access underlying objectivity. In our opinion, objectivity is a form of social networking. If you focus on and take care of relationships, then little by little, in and through these relationships, you can obtain small insights into what could be described as the truth. That is why we pay the greatest of attention when entering into any form of relationship.
The relationship with our customers
Special thanks are due to our loyal customers, who keep coming back to book their Sardinian holidays with us - often now into the second generation. Sardegna GmbH owes what it represents today to constructive and creative dialogue with them.
The relationship with our employees
With us, people in general take centre stage, which also includes our employees. We can meet our challenges with open and honest communication, based on mutual respect and understanding and in doing so, on both sides, we operate with goals, visions and dreams, true to the advice given by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry:
'If you want to build a ship, don't drum up the men to gather wood, divide the work and give orders. Instead, teach them to yearn for the vast and endless sea.'
Our business relationships
In all our business relationships with customers, property owners, hotel managers, travel operators, car hire companies, agencies and IT service providers, we emphasise fair co-operation. In the process, we use an open concept of benefit in our economic calculations: Giving can be as beneficial as receiving.
Our relationship with the environment
We realise that we are part of our natural environment. That is why we believe that in damaging the environment, first and foremost we are hurting ourselves. Our long-term goal is to discover a fully integrated way of life that is sustainable, respecting and caring for every aspect of the natural world. We are fully committed to this goal, especially since it also means being able to show our children such a marvellous gift as Sardinia in all its unadulterated beauty.
