The Lanthia Resort**** is located in Santa Maria Navarrese, in front of the Ogliastra Islands, not far from the private beach. Ogliastra is in the center of the eastern Sardinian coast, immersed in an uncontaminated environment, where quality in food, wine and culture are the pleasures through which we live.
The Lanthia Resort is located near the Santa Maria Navarrese and Arbatax-Tortolì ports; airport arrivals from Olbia, Cagliari and Alghero are only a short distance by taxi. The closest beach is private and attainable through an underground passage ending in the resort pinewood.
Concept
Architect Luca Mereu has designed the Lanthia Resort with the aim of shaping a new conceptual space. Looking back in the history and traditions of the island of Sardinia to create a modern but local style. Renovating a stone building dating back to the early '60, to its new form. Here at the Lanthia Resort our aim is to offer a setting where you can recover while experiencing the architectonics of Sardinia. With the natural landscape, the blue sea, and warm Mediterranean sun, Lanthia is unique yet familiar.
Rooms and Hotel facilities
Each of the Lanthia Resort rooms is dedicated to a town in Sardinia. There are 28 rooms, all of them equipped with LCD screen TV, satellite channels, high speed internet access, direct dial telephone, laptop size safe, minibar and air conditioning. The Deluxe Rooms offer a private veranda, the Junior Suites (except Ottana JS) a private veranda and Jacuzzi and the Suites a private terrace and Jacuzzi.
There is also a restaurant, bar, lounge and outdoor pool all on premises, facing the sea of Santa Maria Navarrese. For each room there are two sunbeds and one beach umbrella (gratis!).

Your multi-sensory experience at the Lanthia Resort will reach its acme at Montera Restaurant: Taste is stimulated by food prepared with high quality products; smell is captured by the flavours of delicious food, and by the scents of the flowers and the essences of the park; sight is excited by the variety of the multicoloured dishes and by the multicoloured tonalities of the surrounding nature; touch will enjoy the natural materials of the furnishings; hearing is surprised by the silence and the surrounding quiet, alternated with the sounds of nature such as, the washing of the sea and the floating breeze. Everything will let you imagine that what you found is a magical place.
Events
For those who cannot spend the days simply lying on the sand watching the spectacular sea, Lanthia' Staff promotes programs to please the most dynamic adventurer: excursions to crystal blue beaches and the hidden bays off the Gulf of Orosei (Cala Luna, Cala Sisine, Cala Mariolu, Cala Goloritz), horseback riding, off-road vehicles, bicycle and trekking excursions through the wilderness of the inner areas. Furthermore cultural events, paintings and local handicraft exhibitions.
Services
Lanthia Resort's guests will be able to bask in the sun on the beach or by the swimming pool, or to lay in the shadow of a majestic oak while reading a book: Lanthia Resort offers you a rich multi-lingual library of books on varied subjects. Our Lanth'Art staff can also organize workshops and debates with writers, art exhibitions and music festivals.
