The prestigious Porto Cervo’s Grand Hotel is located in the marvellous Baia di Cala Granu, only 150 m. from the sea, 2 km. from the very famous Piazzetta. It is a very recent accomplishment in Costa Smeralda.
Room Details
Totally immersed in the sourrounding nature and all with sea view, the 113 rooms, divided in Classic, Superior, Superior Deluxe, Junior Suite, Classic Suite and Superior Suite. All rooms have air conditioning, satellite TV, hair dryer, direct telephone, refrigerator, safe, furnished terrace or balcony. The rooms are immersed in the surrounding nature and the majority of them enjoy a splendid ocean view. The Classic rooms and Classic Suites are situated in the main building, the Superior rooms are located in an separate area and all have a splendid ocean view. Guests in these rooms enjoy special services such as fresh fruit and a bottle of sparkling wine in the room on arrival, free room service for breakfast and an evening turndown of the room.
Restaurant
The restaurant La Terrazza is the main restaurant for the guests of the hotel; located in the middle of the main building it is composed of an inner dining room and a beautiful veranda with a splendid pool and ocean view.
Located right next to the pool the "Orange Lounge Bar" is an ideal place to relax and refresh oneself.
The "Orange" restaurant furnished in oriental style, will offer fish specialties and dishes reminiscent of the perfumes and flavors of far away lands. Live music will accompany your evenings in high season.
Guests who booked half board can chose between the Restaurant La Terrazza (included in the half-board price) and the Restaurant Orange (additional charge).
From the middle of June until the beginning of September the "Orange Beach" directly facing the sea, in addition to all day bar service offers at lunch time an ample choice of cold plates and a grill for fish and meat.
Hotel Facilities
The hotel boasts a splendid 400 square meter panoramic pool with an adjacent 50 square meter childrens pool. Further more there are two hydro pools - one is located in the area of the superior rooms and is for their exclusive use. The other is next to the sunbathing area of the main pool. The 90 square meter gym is furnished with professional and specific machinery. The tennis court, the mini soccer court and the sauna are at the disposal of the guests. Moreover there is a diving station on-site.
Beach
At about 150 meters, through private paths, one of the nicest beaches of the "Costa Smeralda "is reached, the "Cala Granu" beach (sunloungers and umbrellas at extra charge). Nearby there are the exclusive Nikki Beach, Sushi Bar and Lounge Beach Restaurant, where the clients will always be welcome.
Hotelservices
All guests have at their disposal a mini bus service to the main square of Porto Cervo. In house guests will find a hairdresser and massage. Recreational activities and a miniclub for children will be provided.
Pevero Golf Club
The Pevero Golf Club, where the guests will find 18 holes considered among the most beautiful in Europe, is located only 10Km from the Grand Hotel.
