From Pula's splendid fine sandy beaches and clear turquoise waters, one can admire a view featuring the old Spanish tower on San Macario Island and the Nora peninsula, 15 km of coast. Alternatively, if you go inland there is a luxuriant plain and the Maxia and Is Caravius mountains, covered in woods with their game animals.
