In the Residence, there are 19 two-room apartments and 6 three-room apartments available. All have a telephone, satellite TV, a safe, air-conditioning and heating, a bathroom with hairdryer and shower and come equipped with bedlinen, towels, cutlery, crockery and pots and pans. Depending on whether you are on the ground floor or the first floor, they have a terrace or a small patio. Nora's fabulous fine sandy beach is only about 1 km away from the holiday complex, which was built brand-new in 2003. It is very easy to reach on foot, as well as by using the shuttle-service. The beach is equipped with parasols, sunbeds, changing-rooms and showers. The famous sand dunes at Chia, a natural phenomenon of impeccable beauty and overgrown with junipers, are also only a few kilometres away, with their crystal-clear, turquoise-blue water. The charming town of Pula, with its winding alleys and old merchants' houses, is only half an hour to the southwest of Cagliari by car. On summer evenings, open-air concerts and dancing take place in Pula's main square. Nora, not far from Pula, is a large Roman and Phoenician archaeological site, with an amphitheatre right next to the sea, hosting a festival of traditional music in the summer. Special attraction for golfers: the 27 hole Is Molas golf course is only a few minutes away by car.
