The three star Residence Le Bouganville is located in Villasimius, on one of the most beautiful coasts in southern Sardinia and is only 400 metres from a gorgeous beach of white sand. Residence
This recently constructed hotel shows all the characteristics of traditional Sardinian architecture. It is wonderfully integrated into the surrounding landscape. The visitor is immediately struck by the unbelievable range of color and variety in the rich Mediterranean flora. Palms, hibiscus, and jasmine and, of course, purple red of blooming bourgainvilles, which lend this hotel its name. Surrounded by this rich flora, he hotel offers a wonderful pool with great service.

Appartments
Each unit offers a living room, kitchenette, bath and one (Bilo) or two (Trilo) bedrooms. All units are tastefully furnished and offer modern comforts. Each includes a beautiful garden or an airy terrace with views overlooking the beautiful inlet of Simius Playa and nearby island.
Services
Le Bouganville offers all kind of sports activities. You can take a boating excursion or explore the island's interior. Lounge chairs, sun umbrellas, club service, and tennis places await you on the beach. The nearby village Villasimius (700 yards away) offers all kinds of shopping opportunites and offers all kinds of shopping opportunites and a host of ways to spend one's free time.

Further informations:

- Arrival and departure day: only saturday

- Check-in between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.

- Check-out before 10 a.m.

- Credit cards are excepted, apart from American Express. You can also pay cash or by check.





All the units are equipped with a television. However, they are not equipped with CD players, dishwashers, washing machines, or ironing boards and irons. Lounge chairs are located on the terrace and they will be handed out on request. There is a tennis court (payable locally), but it is not equipped with floodlights for night time matches.


				
					

Additional fees (obligatory, to be paid at the front desk):

- Security deposit: 200 Euro

- Final cleaning costs for two-room units: 85,- euro

- Final cleaning costs for three-room units: 100,- euro

- Water, electricity, gas, sheets and towels, beach service (sun umbrella and lounge chair) and pool service: 50,- euro per person and week (children 0-17 years free)

- cot (optional, on request): 25,- euro per week

- highchair (optional, on request): 25,- euro per week

- air condition (optional, on request): 25,- euro per week




Additional information

- You will receive sheets to put on your bed when you check in and once a week on Friday mornings, as well as 3 towels per person

- the swimming pool will be open in low season from 09.30 to 12.30 a.m. and from 3.00 to 7.00 p.m. In high season from 09.30 to 12.30 a.m. and from 4.00 to 8.00 p.m.

- beach service is available from the beginning of June (circa)




Visitor's tax:

 between 15th June and 15th September the community of Villasimius charges a visitor's tax of 2 Euro per day and person (free for children under 18 years).

- 14-9 days before arrival: cancellation charge 30% of total stay

- 8-4 days before arrival: cancellation charge 50% of total stay

- 3-1 days before arrival: cancellation charge 75% of total stay
