The 5-star Hotel Abi D'Oru
is a place of simple elegance and tranquillity. It sits perfectly within its attractive gardens and extensive lawns which lead down to the fine white sandy beach of the Gulf of Marinella. The 170 rooms are mostly sea facing, with typical Sardinian furnishings and welcoming warm colours. All have airconditioning, Satellite TV, telephone, hair dryers, mini-bar, safe, and either a balcony or patio space. The Hotel also offers Junior Suites and Suites with rooms incorporating a seating area space or separate seating area. The hotel also offers rooms which are equipped for disabled guests. Restaurants
There are two central restaurants with outdoor terraces, one lobby bar and a terrace with panoramic view – a perfect place to enjoy a pre-dinner drink or some after dinner relaxation with piano bar music. There is also a swimming pool bar (open from the end of April until the beginning of October) and an "Oyster Bar" for aperitivs and dinner on fish basis (open only in July and August). Another restaurant on the beach “Marinella” (open just for buffet lunches) and the bar-pizzeria Il Marinaio for a snack or a pizza are only a few steps from the sea.
Hotel Facilities and Services
The services include hair dresser, boutique shop and an Internet point. Medical services are available (fees are charged for consultations and visits). Lifts are easily accessible and wheelchair ramps available. A Miniclub for 4-12 year old children is open for daily activities (6 days/week, from the beginning of June untill the middle of September). Furthermore the hotel offers a beach volleyball area and one swimming pool with an own area for children. A charge is made for canoe, bicycles, tennis, sailing equipment and car hire, together with tennis lessons and nearby diving, sailing, windsurfing and horse riding.
